PlushTail ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
FREE SHIPPING
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
PROCESSING TIMES
Standard accessories (beds, toys, grooming tools, leashes, feeders, etc.):
1–3 business days
Custom and personalized orders (portraits, mugs, fleece blankets):
3–5 business days after we receive and confirm your pet's photo. Photo submission instructions are emailed to you immediately after purchase. Processing begins once your photo is approved by our team.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal US holidays.
DELIVERY TIMES (after processing)
Standard accessories: 5–10 business days
Custom/personalized items: 5–10 business days after processing is complete
Total time for custom orders: approximately 8–15 business days from order date
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories may take additional time.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package directly through the link provided in that email.
If you have not received a tracking email within your processing window, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@plushtail.com.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
PlushTail ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier is selected automatically at the time of shipment.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PlushTail is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@plushtail.com — we can correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@plushtail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, reship or refund your order.
